What we do

Motorize manual units
Add a 120VAC linear actuator, a matched SES control panel, and a remote push button station to an existing hatch, vent, door, or damper.

Repair motorized units
Diagnose and repair failed actuators, limit switches, and control panels on motorized access products already in service.

Control upgrades
Replace hard-to-service controls with a labeled panel, keyed or remote operation, and interlocks where the site needs them.

- Manufacturer and model of the hatch or door, if known.
- Photos of the unit open and closed, the hinge side, and any existing motor or controls.
- Power available at the location.
- How it should be operated: local buttons, remote station, keyed control, or interlock.
Life-safety, code, and inspection requirements for smoke vents and similar equipment must be identified before quoting.
